Terms of Use

1. The service

  • You create a digital rose with a written message and, if you like, a voice message.
  • The rose is delivered through a private, permanent link that opens in any browser, with no sign-up and nothing to install.
  • Each rose is charged once. When Stripe offers local-currency conversion, the BRL base price is shown before checkout. Where available, Stripe offers payment in BRL or a local currency and shows the final total and conversion before you confirm. Stripe's conversion fee is included in the local-currency price; paying in BRL avoids that conversion fee, although bank or card fees may apply.
  • When checkout uses a fixed BRL or USD price, the amount and currency shown before payment apply, without a Stripe local-currency conversion choice. Always review the final total in Stripe before confirming.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe, using the methods shown at checkout. We do not store card details.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the rose's content (names, message, and voice). It must be lawful and must not be offensive, discriminatory, threatening, or misleading.
  • The message must not contain links.
  • You are responsible for the recipient's contact details (email, WhatsApp number, or Instagram profile) and must have a legitimate relationship with that person.

3. Delivery

  • When you choose email, we send the rose to the address you entered.
  • When you choose WhatsApp, Instagram, or QR code, you send the link or show the QR code yourself; we prepare the message and the QR code for you.
  • Links do not expire. The rose stays available for as long as the service exists, unless removal is requested (section 6).

4. Refunds and right of withdrawal

  • You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment, as long as the recipient has not opened the rose yet. Write to [email protected] with the rose's management link.
  • This rule reflects the right of withdrawal in Brazil's Consumer Defense Code for purchases made outside a store.

5. No accounts: the management link

  • There are no accounts or passwords. After payment you receive a management link, your only way to share the rose, check the email status, and correct the address.
  • Keep this link safe and do not share it: anyone with the link can use it.

6. Content removal and liability

  • We remove a rose when we receive a valid request from the sender, the recipient, or a competent authority, or when its content breaks these Terms.
  • We do our best to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rose, to the extent the law allows.
  • These Terms are governed by Brazilian law.
